How do I get a price?
Call or send the quote form. Straightforward jobs can often be quoted over the phone. For ducted systems and commercial work we arrange a site visit, so the quote is accurate and includes any rebate you're eligible for.
What size system does my home need?
It depends on floor area, ceiling height, insulation, window orientation and how many rooms you want to run at once. We size the system for your property rather than guessing from square metres. Undersized units run constantly; oversized ones switch on and off and waste energy.
Ducted, split or evaporative: which is right for me?
Ducted reverse cycle suits whole-home heating and cooling with zoning. Splits are best for one or two rooms. Evaporative is the cheapest to run but only cools, and works best in dry heat. We'll walk you through the options for your property.
How soon can you install?
Split systems and repairs are usually within days. Ducted installs depend on equipment availability and the scope of the job; we give you a realistic date when we quote.
Do you repair systems you didn't install?
Yes. We service and repair most major brands, whoever installed them.
Can I get a rebate on a new system?
Often, yes. The Victorian Energy Upgrades program offers discounts for replacing gas heating or inefficient units with efficient reverse cycle air conditioning. We confirm your eligibility and include the discount in your quote.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes: offices, retail, hospitality and warehouses across South East Melbourne, including commercial refrigeration.
